What to do if your account has become suspended:
Accounts are normally suspended for the following three (3) reasons:
1. Overdue Invoice
2. Exceeded Bandwidth Allocation
3. Illegal Account Activity
Before contacting support please follow these instructions:
Most accounts are suspended for billing issues.
Please login to ModernBill by going to http://www.hostdome.com/modernbill/
Please then proceed to login. If you have forgotten your password, please remember to use the forgot password option.
Please check if you have any due invoices, if you do please pay them and your account will be reactivated within one (1) hour.
If you do not have any invoices, your account was probably suspended for either reason 2 or 3.
Please contact support@hostdome.com in this case for further instructions on how to reactivate your account.
